Sandy Cutler, Eaton's CEO, says the U.S. must launch a wide-ranging trade agreement overseas to achieve U.S. President Barack Obama's plan of doubling American exports over five years. He said the U.S should gain greater access to China, India, Brazil and other fast-growing countries to create export markets. Meanwhile, negotiations between the U.S. and South Korea for a long-delayed free-trade agreement have deadlocked and both countries are seeking ways to resolve differences in coming weeks.
