The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board said Tuesday that the overall slots take for the state's 10 casinos increased 11.5% in October compared with the same month last year. Slots revenue grew to $197.5 million, thanks in part to the opening of a Philadelphia-area casino. The biggest winner: The Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, which took in more than $21.7 million from slots versus about $18.5 million a year ago.
