Food trucks have been slower to catch on in New Orleans than they have in larger U.S. cities, but new players have arrived to spice up the scene in recent months. New mobile eateries include Fork in the Road, which creates West Coast-influenced dishes using local ingredients, and Taceaux Loceaux, whose late-night snacks have attracted more than 1,000 Twitter followers.
