U.S. daily ethanol production for the week that ended Dec. 3 was up 6.1% from the previous week, for an average of 939,000 barrels, according to the Energy Information Administration. Daily ethanol output for the week averaged a record 10.24% of total daily gasoline demand, the agency said. Ethanol inventories declined to 16.4 million barrels, the lowest since Nov. 5, the agency added.
