Some Kentucky teachers say they are concerned about a proposal, which passed in the state Senate earlier this month, that would make Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate science and math teachers eligible for $7,500 bonuses based on results of students' AP or IB exam scores. While some teachers say the bonuses make sense because science and math are typically tough subjects for students, others say all teachers deserve an opportunity to earn bonuses.
