A Florida high-speed link between Orlando and Tampa is dead, but at least one of the state's cities could still get a bullet-train connection. Jacksonville is set to serve as the end point for the Southeast High-Speed Rail Corridor, which will start in Washington, D.C., and connect to Jacksonville from Atlanta or Savannah, Ga. But officials say the link is at least a decade off, if not longer.
