South Korea opened a primary school in Rwanda last week that will enroll hundreds of students who otherwise would have had a farther -- and more dangerous -- walk to school. "We are so grateful to the South Korean government for providing the children of the Musambira region with the chance to receive proper elementary-school education," Uwera Alice, vice mayor of Kamoyi, said during a ceremony opening the school.
