Columnist Joe Sharkey is not the biggest fan of luxury travel, he writes, because he's "simply too cheap." Those who do stay in luxury hotels are likely noticing a return of fees, such as charges for bellhop services, housekeeping and groundskeeping. Bjorn Hanson, dean of the Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management at New York University, said such fees are only expected to rise.
