Patricia Stinchfield, a pediatric nurse practitioner, received the ANA immunity Award in April for her work to raise the employee influenza vaccination rate -- from 64% in the 2006 to 2007 period to 80% in the 2008 to 2009 -- at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. "ANA is proud to celebrate National Infant Immunization Week by honoring Patsy Stinchfield with this award. ... She has done so much to preserve and protect the health of children through immunization," said ANA President Karen Daley.
