Salads, turkey burgers and other healthier items may make upcoming calorie-count postings a bit more attractive to quickservice and casual diners, while helping restaurant chains maintain profit margins as beef prices rise, some analysts say. Many chains have worked to revamp their menus ahead of next year's mandatory calorie postings, and some say putting calorie counts on the menu will highlight the healthier moves they've been making for some time.
