Social media aggregation service Storify lets users piece together coherent narratives from fragments found around the Web. The service, which launched to the general public today, has been used by journalists at outlets including PBS, National Public Radio and The Washington Post. "We have so many real-time streams now, we're all drowning. So the idea of Storify is to pick out the most important pieces, amplify them and give them context," says Burt Herman, the site's co-founder.
