A study by MagnaGlobal reports that video-on-demand services hit the 50% mark of pay-TV homes in the U.S. at the end of 2010 and will be available in 63% of such households by the end of 2016. The study went on to say that DVR penetration in the U.S. stood at 37% of pay-TV homes at the end of last year and will reach 56% by the end of 2016.
