The data show that in order to retain top talent, businesses must provide compelling, challenging work as well as growth opportunities, an expert says. In addition, raises are unlikely to keep top employees as just 15% gave finances as a reason for jumping ship, compared with 26% who cited a lack of advancement opportunities.
