Plastic surgeons and other medical experts at Brigham and Women's Hospital replaced 26-year-old Dallas Weins' face -- skin, nose, lips, facial expression muscles and nerves -- in the first full facial transplant done in the U.S. Though still blind, Weins' sense of smell has returned, and he said the transplanted face feels natural. Upon being reunited with her father, Weins' daughter told him he looked "so handsome," Weins said.
