Hooters is credited with building the concept of hiring attractive women clad in revealing outfits to serve casual fare and plenty of beer to sports-watching patrons. Younger chains, including Tilted Kilt and Twin Peaks, have built on the concept. So-called "breastaurant" concepts have seen increasing success during the past decade, attracting male customers with a mix of comfort food and above-average service, industry experts say.
