Restaurants in Illinois have already made strides to cut artery-clogging trans fats from their menus and they're supporting the state Legislature's bill to phase out the fats by 2013, according to the Illinois Restaurant Association. "I also would ask people, 'Hey, by the way, do you use trans fats?' I couldn't even find anybody. So what do we even care about this for?" said the association's leader Sheila O'Grady.
