Rwandan entrepreneur Languida Nyirababeruka became an undertaker after losing her home, her family business and her husband in her nation's genocide. She aims to provide an American-style one-stop funeral home, and to provide Rwandans with U.S. business innovations such as non-negotiable pricing, funeral savings accounts and value-added extras like rosary beads and casket engraving. "She's changing their culture," says Craig Baker, a Pennsylvania funeral director who has mentored Nyirababeruka as she develops her business.
