The nature of innovation, and the skills and strategies needed to manage it, are changing, writes Henry Chesbrough. Future innovation will be more collaborative, less tech-focused and more concerned with providing excellent services, Chesbrough predicts. "The best approach is to embrace the idea that innovation will continue to change, and that organizations that seek to profit from innovation must take on the challenge of changing with it," he writes.
