U.S. consumers largely stuck with soda as their beverage of choice last year, although they drank a bit less in 2010 than they did five years earlier, according to beverage trend data. What else are restaurant guests drinking? Beer, wine and cocktail sales were up last year, frozen and iced coffee drinks are hot, and patrons are catching on to the tasty benefits of chef-created cocktails.
