Steve Ridolfi, president of Bombardier Business Aircraft, said the company is not interested in pursuing a deal with China for the company's Learjet division. Bombardier received $27 million in incentives from Kansas to keep final assembly of the Learjet 85 in Wichita, Kan. Meanwhile, Cirrus Aircraft, based in Minnesota, completed a merger with a Chinese company this week.
