Cafe owner and herbalist Steven Guidi's recent foraging trips in New York City's Central and Prospect parks netted exotic plants including pokeweed, black locust blossoms and lamb's quarter, a leafy green that's similar to spinach. His wife, Sarah Peck, who is also the chef at the couple's restaurant Ortine, transformed the wild produce into cafe fare including pizzas made with lamb's quarter pesto.
