The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized rules for gasoline stations on labeling pumps that carry fuel with 15% ethanol. Critics say the warning sticker is not enough to prevent misfueling and that the sale of E15 fuel could increase carbon emissions. "There are millions of off-road, small-engine equipment -- lawn mower, chain saw, motorcycle, snowmobile, boats -- and older cars on the market that are not designed to run on E15," said Kris Kiser, executive vice president at the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute.
