Many retailers are planning to open new outlets but also are acknowledging that they need to upgrade their websites. "E-commerce and stores don't compete, they work together," said Lululemon Chief Financial Officer John Currie. "Lots of customers like to browse online and come into the store, so we don't see e-commerce cannibalizing the stores."
