A curriculum designed to teach students in New Jersey about the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks is being unveiled today by a volunteer committee and the education commissioner. "It's important for the kids to be able to understand what happened. This was a national tragedy. So many lives were lost. It's important that we remember not only those people who lost their lives but also how people came together," said third-grade teacher Dena Ann Drobish, who helped design and test the new lessons.
