A risk-averse mindset that took hold during the recession remains in place, with a new survey revealing that boomers and seniors prefer by nearly 4 to 1 investments with low but guaranteed returns to investments that offer the possibility of much stronger returns but with risk. The Allianz Life survey results parallel those of a similar study last year. "With the vast majority still in favor of more security for their savings, boomers tell us they are not interested in going back to return-chasing behaviors," said Allianz Life President Gary Bhojwani.
