A top UN envoy to the Middle East on Tuesday called upon the international community to to help break the three-year deadlock in peace talks between Israelis and Palestinians. "Without a credible political path forward, accompanied by more far-reaching steps on the ground, the viability of the Palestinian Authority and its state-building agenda and, I fear, of the two-state solution itself, cannot be taken for granted," Robert Serry told the UN Security Council.
