Innovation doesn't appear in a supernatural flash, writes Steve Tobak. It's the result of borrowed ideas, self-belief and stamina. "Innovators don't go from zero-to-great in a heartbeat," Tobak writes. "If you don't enjoy working and work stamina isn't in your blood, you're not likely to innovate a thing."
