With Steve Jobs stepping down as the CEO of Apple, now is a good time for all entrepreneurs to think about their own succession plans, writes Jeanette Mulvey. Often, entrepreneurs have what it takes to get a business going but not to sustain it or grow it over the long run. To find the best successor, look for someone with a different set of skills than the founder. "Many times the things you need to start a business -- the ideas and the passion -- are not the same things you need to take it to the next level," said business coach Mary Cosgrove.
