President Barack Obama should allow more drilling in offshore sites, promote increased development of natural gas and clear TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline to generate more jobs, said Thomas Donohue, president and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. "Let American energy workers and businesses responsibly develop all sources of domestic energy immediately," Donahue said in a letter. Doing so will also help "generate new government revenue, protect our energy security, and release us from the grip of some unfriendly governments," he added.
