A 72,215-square-foot concrete mansion being built in the Ozarks is using "an innovative concrete additive with millions of tiny pieces of wire mixed in" to make the structure strong enough to withstand an F-5 tornado or a bomb blast. Stephen Huff, the owner, was so enamored of the insulated concrete technology that he bought the company that produces it and wants to make the "disaster-proof mix" available to hospitals and schools.
