A cooking competition in Katy, Texas, between chefs of 28 restaurants and three food trucks raised funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Smoked cheese grits from Jason Stitlan of Alamo Drafthouse was deemed Best in the West, while truffle macaroni and cheese from Michael Martinez and Jordy Miranda of Amaxen Chef Creations won the people's choice award.
