The small- to medium-sized-business market will be a sweet spot for software-as-a-service customer-relationship-management technology, according to a study from AMI-Partners. The research firm says 570,000 small or medium-sized businesses in the U.S. are employing SaaS-based CRM and that the number will grow by 10% or more annually through 2016 as SMBs seek more efficient and user-friendly ways to engage customers.
