A Danish study of 358,403 cellphone users aged 30 and older from 1990 to 2007 found that the risk of cancer was not higher among cellphone users compared with nonusers. Cellphone users did not have a higher risk of developing brain tumors where phones are usually held against the head, researchers added. The study, sponsored by the Danish Strategic Research Council, appears in BMJ.
