Consumers in the U.S. can find every cuisine under the sun, but eateries selling dishes that hark back to the country's roots are few and far between. At fast-casual eatery Tocabe in Denver, Osage Indian Ben Jacobs sells Native American dishes including bison tacos flavored with Native American sauces and served on fry bread.
