Dwight Green suffered brain damage when he was six months old, and the injury left him a quadriplegic. But every week since July, Green has gotten to feel what it might be like to walk thanks to the therapy horses at Riley Equine Center in Boonville, Mo. The sensory stimulation he gets while riding the horses with a volunteer stabilizing him, allows Green's muscles to relax enough that therapists can stretch his leg muscles.
