Thirty-three House Democrats are questioning TransCanada's role in picking the company that reviewed its Keystone XL pipeline for the State Department. TransCanada's involvement affected the quality of the review, the lawmakers said in a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. "Rather than acting as fair arbiters of TransCanada's application to build a massive pipeline," the State Department seems to be "little more than cheerleaders for the company's bid," they said in the letter.
