To keep the calories in alcoholic drinks from adding up during a night out on the town, registered dietitian Katrina Seidman recommends choosing beverages that have 150 calories or less. She says light beers with 100 to 120 calories are a good option, and that while liquor and wine generally have 100 calories per ounce, mixers can be high in sugar.
