School-nutrition expert Tony Geraci, who spearheaded a farm-to-fork movement in Baltimore, says he hopes to have similar success as director of food service for Memphis City Schools in Tennessee. In just a couple of weeks, he has looked at land for a student garden, pushed for more cooking from scratch, outlined plans to work with farmers, expanded the school-breakfast program and set up an after-school supper program.
