A device long used by animal researchers to monitor animal behavior, such as the underwater habits of penguins and the flights of condors, may be applied to human psychology and medicine, according the device's creator, Rory Wilson. Capable of taking photos of movement very rapidly, the Daily Diary may expose subtle changes in behavior in people becoming ill or even in those who are lying.
