Auriemma Consulting Group surveyed more than 500 adult credit card holders, finding that more prefer to access their accounts online, while just a small percentage have embraced the use of mobile applications. "We found that for online servicing, a good percentage of consumers are comfortable with online account access but only for things like responding to a card application or going online to check a balance or make a payment," said Bob Taglin, Auriemma director.
