In this interview, Jamie Dimon, chief executive officer at JPMorgan Chase, discusses the proposed tax on financial transactions, the Occupy Wall Street movement, debit card fees and other issues affecting the industry. Mr. Dimon explained why he thinks there is a need to overhaul corporate and individual taxes. "The individual tax should be progressive, properly progressive, but less deductions and more fair. And the corporate tax, too, which is becoming uncompetitive globally. It can damage American business. It's not good for the country," Mr. Dimon said.
