Tying last year's high, 40% of Americans say the health care they get is "excellent," up from 33% in 2007, and nearly 30% said the same of their health coverage, according to Gallup's annual Health and Healthcare survey. Forty-two percent described their health care as "good." The positive ratings came from across key demographic groups, but as a percentage of those groups, they were higher among respondents on the political right, and those enrolled in government health coverage.
