The homeless man with a dulcet voice whose appearance in a YouTube video won him fame and job offers early this year has surfaced as the voice of the New England Cable News regional network. Ted Williams, 54, says he has been sober since May, after a quick rise to fame that proved a bit too much and briefly sent him back to rehab. "What another blessing that God has bestowed upon me in the year 2011," Williams says.
