Internet startups in Europe will be eligible for a share of a planned 150 million euros ($207 million) in funding and a bridge to bigger corporations through a joint project of France Telecom and Publicis. The partnership hopes to double the available amount by seeking outside funding as well. "We want to participate more actively in the digital economy, and we also hope to benefit financially," said Publicis chief executive Maurice Levy.
