Grabbing your customers' attention during the busy holiday season might be difficult, but social media and e-mail marketing can help, Jeff Revoy writes. "Get your brand in front of the millions of people flocking to social media during the holiday season: Offer gift ideas, reward fans with special giveaways, run polls, and ask questions," he writes. When writing your e-mail messages, be careful about including too many images, which some customers may not be able to view, and include only one special deal per message.
