The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said that it has received about 5,000 complaints related to credit cards and that card companies have resolved almost 75% of them. Interest-rate terms and billing disputes were the most frequently cited issues, while confusion about terms continues to be a concern. "We are learning that there is a lot of confusion about credit card terms," said Raj Date, de facto head of the CFPB.
