Restaurant workers and others making minimum wage in Florida will get a 36-cent raise on Jan. 1, when the state's minimum wage rises from $7.31 to $7.67 per hour. Some restaurants say the bump won't hamper their plans to add staff in the new year, but others say their workers will get fewer hours. "Wages go up, but their hours go down," said Paul Flanigan, co-owner of several South Florida Quarterdeck restaurants.
