Federal data show that monthly U.S. shipments of denatured and undenatured ethanol totaled 121.4 million gallons in October, just short of the record 127.4 million gallons set in June, according to Geoff Cooper, vice president of research and analysis for the Renewable Fuels Association. The top three destinations were Brazil, Canada and the EU. Ethanol exports this year through October have topped 867.9 million gallons, more than double the total in 2010, Cooper writes.
