Salesforce.com has unveiled its plan for Radian6's social media monitoring tools, which it purchased in May for $326 million. The tools will be baked into Salesforce's core customer relationship management software, creating a new tool called SocialHub that allows brands to create automated workflows steering social data to departments such as marketing, PR or sales. "Rather than have specialized teams or social media experts, you now just have experts on your customers," one Salesforce representative says.
