Web designers should think carefully about a brand's content strategy throughout the design process, writes Brad Shorr. From landing pages to calls to action, a website's design should complement rather than contradict its content and take into account the message being conveyed, as well as the intended audience. "A lively interplay between design and content is not only fun, but is how spectacular results are achieved," Shorr writes.
